Do you want to get more out of your musical experience? Have you started to get bored of playing your musical instrument? The Utah Symphony Youth Guild is a great way to take your musical experience to the next level. The Youth Guild is a good way for people to make friends and learn many musical tips. It also allows any kid playing an instrument get a chance to compete. From singing to the harp, kids ages eight through eighteen across Utah can come to compete for a chance to perform and win up to $250. You will perform a piece for 3 judges and they will pick the top few performers to play at their annual Youth Guild Recital. There are also backstage seminars at Abravanel Hall, where you can meet Utah Symphony musicians. You can also go to masterclasses taught by world-renowned guest artists, and all for free! The Utah Symphony Youth Guild is great to get students more involved in the classical music scene, learn, and make new friends.
